More than Dolly! :O :)

I got some wonderful compliments from my Sugar Baby, today:

"Mommy, I love you more than DOLLY!"

"Mommy, you're the KNOWIEST! You know so many things!"

"Mommy, I just love you, love you, LOVE YOU!!!!!" (while squeeeeeeezing me)

"You're the sweetest little mommy!"

Her "I Love You" Song

As we're laying down for nap, she talks and sings...here is today's song/conversation:

"I love you when it's dark
I love you when it's like
I love you, love you, love you
I love you when we sleep in the light"

She said, "Mommy, that's my 'I love you' song!" and she sang it to me, again. :)

(Sometimes she calls taking a nap "sleeping in the light"...)

Circus Hula-Hooper

Morgan picked up her hula-hoop, yesterday, and did a really great job, actually hula-hooping!  It was the first time she ever really did it and I was impressed.  She did it a couple more times and said, "now I have to join the circus, because I'm doing such a good job with the hula-hoop...I'll be the star of the show!"

Just Because I Love You

Morgan has been a super sweetie, giving big hugs out of nowhere and saying, "I love you, Mommmmy!!"

She had a song that went, "My Mommy's my favorite Mommy!" (it was a long song, but those were the only lyrics...) :)  She also had a song that went, "My bed is my favorite thing" - ha!

GrandDaddy said that she was playing a game and mid-turn, she said, "wait, stop!" and got up from the table and went to give him a hug.  He thanked her and asked what the hug was for and she said, "just because I love you!"  <3

Sweet Things from December

I'm behind on logging a few things...

The other night, Morgan squeezed me with all her limbs and said, "You're the sweetest Mommy, ever! I love you!" and it was very sweet.

Another morning, she woke up and said, "Mommy, I had a great dream!  I was a rain cloud and the farmers would call up to me when they needed rain for their plants and I would send down the rain and then the plants and vegetables would grow!"

She has also been quoting "Quack from Peep and the Big Wide World" saying, "And that, my friends, is how it's done!"

My Favorite Customer

This is another one I forgot to log...

A while back, I was making some cupcakes and while I was prepping everything, Morgan was busily working on something.  I asked her what she was up to and she said, "I am making you a 'Thank You' card for being the best baker EVER!"

Now, I know full well that my baking would not win any national prizes, but she is my favorite "customer" and her review is the most important one in the world, to me, and that just made me so happy!  

Little Feet

I was cleaning up some papers on my desk and found something Morgan said from a while back that I realized I never wrote down:

"My bladder told me I had to go pee pee, so I ran as fast as my little feet could carry me!"

I hope she won't mind too much, when she's older, that I wrote these things down, but they are just too cute!   My apologies to future Teenage Morgan, but you are only 3, now...it is perfectly natural for you talk like this!  :)  You have a mother that loves you so very much and I know that can be terribly embarrassing, but OH WELL, what can you do?
